• Age less than 55years old
• Have licenses to work in offshore drilling
• degree in Petroleum
• Drilling training courses and certification
• Experience in different positions on drilling rigs
• Able to check drill string & casing strengths, cement volume and displacement, kill fluid volume and pumping parameters
• Able to Design general well drilling programs using geological data and detailed casing, drilling fluid, directional drilling, cementing, completion, well testing, stimulation, workover programs, etc.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment and tools
• Experience in management and supervision of drilling, completion, testing, stimulation and workover
• 5years at well site (onshore, jackup, semisub)
• 5years as drilling supervisor
