Competence:-

• A good team player with track record in conducting Production Technology studies. Experience in oil rim development and gas cap blowdown studies would be an advantage.
• Excellent inter-personal and team skills. Experience working in a multi-discipline and/or multi-cultural team would be advantage.
• A proven ability to apply innovative and cost-effective ways of working is expected.
• A university degree in Engineering or any other related engineering discipline.
• 8 years in Production technology experience with field development planning experience.
• Proficient in the use of the following tools; Prosper, IPM, Welcat. Experience in PWRI-frac, FIST, STIM2001 and Shellfrac would be an advantage.

Reservoir Engineer

Position: Reservoir Engineer
Location: Brunei

Competence:-

• Experience in mature field management and secondary recovery processes.
• Experience with Exploration/Appraisal support.
• Broad experience in analytical and reservoir simulation modelling (1D to 3D).
• Have completed all basic Core Discipline training (Reservoir Engineering).
• A degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering degree or any other engineering/science degree.
• 8 years of Reservoir Engineering, including well-site drilling and logging / well testing operations experience.
• Broad experience in various logging technology and petrophysical interpretation technique, including open hole, cased hole and core-log evaluation.
• Experienced in Petrophysics data management and integration.

Petrophysics Engineer

• Petrophysics - Skill
• Geophysics (+quantitative interpretation) - Knowledge
• Geology - Knowledge
• Reservoir engineering - Knowledge
• A proven ability to apply innovative and cost-effective ways of working is expected.
• A degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering degree or any other engineering/science degree
• 8 years of experience in petrophysical and subsurface engineering, including well-site operations experience/exposure.
• Broad experience in various logging technology and petrophysical interpretation technique, including open hole, cased hole and core-log evaluation.
• Experienced in Petrophysics data management and integration.

Production Geologist

Position: Production Geologist
Location: Brunei

Duration: 2 years
Optional: 2 years extension or permanent
Competence:-

• Previous experience on water injection projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with static reservoir modelling is a must (preferably able to use PETREL), experience in 3D seismic interpretation and drilling operations (geo-steering) is desirable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic, high-performing, multi-discipline team.
• Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the interfacing departments and to senior management.
• A proven ability to apply innovative and cost-effective ways of working is expected.
• A degree in Geology or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in 3D seismic interpretation.

Production Seismologist

Position: Production Seismologist
Location: Brunei
Commence: Oct2008
Duration: 2 years
Optional: 2 years extension or permanent
Competence:-

• Other seismic software skills (e.g. Landmark, 123DI, Spirit II, 3D Volume Interpretation Tools) are essential as well as familiarity with the latest developments in Qualitative Interpretation and re-processing.
• Petrel skills, particularly for structural modelling are highly desirable.
• Previous work experience in mature field areas, preferentially characterised by water injection schemes, would also be an advantage.
• A proven ability to apply innovative and cost-effective ways of working is expected.
• A degree in Geoscience or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in 3D seismic interpretation.
