Duration: 1 year with extension option

Criteria:

• BSc. / MSc. /Meng. Or equivalent in engineering (preferred) or significant relevant industry experience
• Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering Society 
• Preferably PMP or equivalent project management certifications.
• Minimum 25 years of work experience of which at least 15 years must be as Company Site Representative, Construction Superintendent or in Construction Management / Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas as Client Side
• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of 300MM.
• Preferred to have a jacket experience over 10,000 MT or worked as a CSR/Construction Superintendent on at least 3 greenfield jacket fabrication projects.
• Offshore supervision of at least 3 jacket installation campaigns.
• Preference for previous experience working on projects which include brownfield scope of work.

Marine Delay / Claim Analysis Consultant

Position: Marine Delay / Claim Analysis Consultant

Criteria:

• Candidate had at least 15 years of oil & gas marine schedule/operation/management and related claims experience in the upstream offshore/subsea sector
• Candidate shall work full time on the project and shall not be shared with any other project (public holidays and weekdays excluded)
• Analyze Contractor's claims based on vessels' daily progress report, esp. weather downtime. 
• Prepare Company's response against Contractor's claim on vessels' operation. 
• Prepare documents defending Company in a settlement negotiation or a legal dispute with Contractor on the marine's matter associated with the Client's project.
• Review Contractor’s delays especially Marine Operation Schedule
• Liaise with Company’s PMT, Legal, Contracts and Project Engineers
• Report directly to Company’s PMT Team Leader
