• Malaysian Nationals

• Jack-up drilling, testing, completions operations
• Deviated exploration and development wells
• IWCF or equivalent
• Sea Survival, HUET, fire fighting, EBS
• Drilling software DIMS or equivalent

Drilling Superintendent

Position: Drilling Superintendent
Location: Office based, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Commence: Aug2009

Criteria:-

• 20 years diversified petroleum industry experience in drilling, workover and completion activities
• 15 years experience working on various drilling rigs.
• 5 years experience as Drilling Superintendent.
• Possesses IWCF certificate.
• sound knowledge of the scientific discipline of drilling engineering
• International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC)’s broad guidelines and practices
• American Petroleum Institute (API)’s state-of-art broad references
• Various drilling rigs and vessels design, safety specifications and selection
• Well Planning – shallow gas / casing design
• Wellheads and tubular designs
• Drilling fluids program design
• Drill bits selection and performance
• Directional drilling planning / programming
• Wellbore trajectory planning / optimisation
• Directional surveying method / equipment / accuracy / required results
• Bottomhole assemblies and Downhole Measurement selection

Mechanical Static Engineer

Position: Mechanical Static Engineer
Location: Miri, Malaysia
Commence: Nov2009
Duration: 12months
Optional: 12months extension
Criteria:-

• Malaysia national
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5years in O&G
• experience in work scoping and implementation in construction, maintenance, inspection of mechanical static equipment or project engineering.
• Working knowledge of SIMOPS, Hotwork, positive isolation, lifting and hoisting, vessel entry, scheduled waste management, scaffolding and temporary structures.
• NDT of piping, steel construction and pressure testing.
• External coatings requirement of structures, vessels and piping.
• Knowledge of O&G HSE such as PPE, PTW and toolbox meeting
• Knowledge and application of material and corrosion principles.
• effective communication skills in English.
  

Completion QAQC Inspector - Vendor

Position: Completion QAQC Inspector - Vendor

• 10 years proven on-site surveillance QA/QC inspection

• Deepwater Completion Equipment
• Actively Participate in Vendor Safety Programs
• Manufacturing Surveillance Inspection of Deepwater Completion Equipment
• Inspection for Deepwater Completion Equipment
• Inspection for Sand Control Equipment
• Shell Quality Service Houston "Quality Plans Critical Level Quality Plans” Halliburton
• SQS requirements for “Class A, B, and C” threading.
• Schlumberger “Tier II and III QCP Program“
• Able to work in the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), Singapore, Malaysia and any other locations as requested
• conduct formal internal training "as needed" and "where needed" on the selected Shell / Halliburton / Schlumberger Inspection Standards.

Completion QAQC Inspector - Onsite

Position: Completion QAQC Inspector - Onsite
Location: Labuan, Malaysia
Commence: Jan2010
Mobilize: 2weeks after calloff
Duration: 3years Oncall
Optional: 1+1 year extension
Criteria:-

• 15 years proven on-site surveillance QA/QC inspection
• Actively in Safety Programs
• inspection of drilling and completion equipment
• DS-1 (Drill String Inspection) requirements
• OCTG threading and make-up
• contractors in-house procedures
• industry standards
• Shell Specific work instructions/standards.
• Witness of inspection, servicing, functional checks on: -
• Specialty rental tools such as downhole motors, MWD/LWD Eq, jars, underreamers, cementing Eq, etc.
• Casing running and handling equipment - tongs, slips, elevators, etc.
• Completion items (SSSV’s, scrappers, Autofill subs, Mirage Plugs, Subsea trees, Gravelpack Assemblies etc).
• Well Testing and Clean Up equipment.
• Supervise repairs on tools that failed inspection.
• Ensure compliance to contracts with respect to quality.
• contract review of Well Engineering Contracts as to their content of QA/QC requirements.
• recommend inspection criteria and suggest contractual clauses included in future contracts to ensure compliance once the results are available from the audit / review.
• conduct formal training on the selected standard
