Criteria:

Degree in Structural Engineering from a reputable university.
Registered or be able to register as a Professional Engineer in the host country.
Min 20 years of work experience of which at least 15 years must be in the upstream offshore oil & gas industry.
Must have good hand-on experiences associated with engineering design,onshore fabrication, offshore installation, brownfield construction, hook-up and commissioning of subsea and topsides structures and systems.
Must possess strong drive, motivation and with good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision, good in both oral and written communication skills, and be able to chair internal and external meetings.
Candidate must be well versed with the industrial structural codes and standards.
Willingness to travel and relocate to work sites including offshore
