• Preferable good track record with drilling operations
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Familiar and experienced with HSE Standards and Procedures and HSE Culture of major international operators
• Computer literate
• Familiar and experienced with drilling reporting software
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and instructions
• Ability to communicate clear and comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
• Familiar and experienced with offshore logistics
• Familiar and experienced managing rig contractor and service company personnel offshore
