Criteria:-
- 10years experience in drilling operations with at least 3 years in senior drilling supervisor
- position, offshore and onshore, for engineering background personnel
- 8years experience in senior drilling supervisor position for non-engineering background personnel.
- Experience in the exploration and construction of O&G facilities particularly in Algeria.
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application to the operation of oil
- and gas facilities.
- Good relationship with Sonatrach / Local authorities is an advance.
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or related field.
- Chartered as a member of a recognized international professional body is desirable.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of computer applications.
- Good knowledge of drilling software.
- Risk management, IWCF, Safety supervisory course
- Assigned personnel must be medically fit and preferably having previous working experience in Algeria.
