Criteria:-
- Valid safety and health officer certificate or equivalent issued by DOSH and NIOSH
- BSc Engineering Degree, diploma or certificate
- 10years in O&G major onshore project, fabrication yards, offshore oil fields
- Valid medical certificate
- extensive experience in Project HSE Planning execution, control and monitoring in onshore project, fabrication yard or offshore platform and managing subcontractors at project site
- Have worked 2 major onshore projects
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer literate
- Write, communicate clear & comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
