Criteria:-
- 10 years front end engineering experience during the early decision-making stage of projects
- Experienced front end engineer who has spend some time in operations and/or execution, with a creative mind
- Ability to think "outside the box"
- Experience with the design of flow metering systems in upstream O&G service
- Good understanding of operability, maintainability and HSE constraints imposed on engineering designs
- Skills in applying C2V value enhancing techniques such as Opportunity Framing, Concept Identification and Selection, Constructability Assessment, etc.
- Experience with working in a complex offshore infrastructure/brownfield environment is essential
- High level cost estimating experience
- Front End Development(opportunity assessment, front end loading, value improving practices)
- Offshore survival(tropical BOSIET)
- Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the interfacing departments and to management, including presentation skills
- Good report writing skills
- Self-motivated, delivering high quality, timely front end engineering work
- Good team leadership and negotiating skills are necessary to balance the conflicting priorities of the project matrix team and contractors
