- University degree or technical diploma or certification or equivalent
- Must be able to effectively communicate, influence multiple levels from Senior Level Manager to Worker
- Willingness to travel; live away from home for extended time periods
- Proficient in use of computer and programs i.e. Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Read, write and speak fluent English as required to function effectively Project Team
