Criteria:-
- High school certificate, diploma or degree
- 15years experience in drilling, 3years in position or 10years as onsite Senior Drilling Supervisor for both offshore floater operation
- 3years experience in South East Asia incl. 1year involvement for Malaysian project
- Valid IWCF or IADC cobined surface and subsea supervisory class well control certificate
- 2years experiences and supervisory class working experience for deepwater drilling operation
- Familiar with Global HSE, OA, Quantitative Risk Analysis process, crisis management, emergency response plan, incident investigation and drilling optimization plan
- Operational experience with HPHT well, severe lost circulation, shallow water flow, geo-mechanical hazardous shale and conductor jetting set
- Proficient in MS Office and Landmark Drilling Software
