- 10years experience in O&G process plant industry, as discipline engineer in electrical design and installation, commissioning
- 8years as electrical engineer in project
- Ability to communicate fluently in English on complex contractual and technical issues
- Ability to motivate staff of diverse background and build team efficiency
- Ability to work with and manage culturally diverse projects teams and external companies
