Criteria:-
- Degree, HND in Engineering
- 10years experience in Well Services Operations
- 5years experience as a Senior Supervisory level in well stimulation/coiled tubing operations
- IWCF certification on well control shall be an advantage
- Fully conversant with the appropriate HSE policies in industry and shall be expected to grasp client's Operational Safety Standards and Procedures within a short notice
- Personal computing skills are essential including but not limited to working knowledge of Microsoft windows-NT Applications and Electronic mail system
- Engineering and operational skills on coiled tubing operations for well stimulations, clean-outs, fishing, well killing, nitrogen jobs, acid/hydro fracs, remedial treatments etc
- Working knowledge on slickline engineering, well completion operations
- Working knowledge on reservoir engineering & Petroleum Technology mainly on formation damage, inflow performance, log interpretation, drainage mechanics, clay/rock mechanics, multi phase flow correlations, hydraulics etc
