Criteria:-
- A professional, graduate engineer with a good degree in Petroleum, Mining or Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific disciplines
- 6 to 8 years Well Engineering Experience of which at least 4 years in a planning or operational role
- Completed Round I and Round II self study exercises and passes associated exams
- Attended SIEP Advanced Drilling Techniques course
- Proven knowledge of Deepwater activities & techniques
- Possess valid IWCF certificate supervisor level
- Good team building and leadership skills, sensitive to local social and cultural issues
- Strong understanding of the Well Delivery Process including advancement of New technology
- HSE management skills & SD principles
- Influence across disciplines and departmental boundaries
