Criteria:-
- Experience in change management/sales and marketing
- Have knowledge in change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to design and produce promotional and training materials in various mediums, paper and electronics, textual, graphics and video
- Having consulting background is a plus
- Familiarity with E&P business and project management approaches
