- Higher education qualifications
- Valid IWCF Certificate:
- Onshore: IWCF Supervisor Level 4
- Offshore: IWCF combined Surface and Subsea Supervisor Level 4
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid Offshore Survival Certificate
- Adequate working experience
- Onshore: 15years or more in O&G Industry with at least 5years experience working with onshore drilling rig and 10years as Drilling Supervisor
- Offshore (Exploration): 15years or more in O&G Industry with at least 5years experience working with offshore floating drilling rig and 3years as Drilling Supervisor
- Offshore (Development): 15years or more O&G Industry with at least 5years experience working with offshore drilling rig and 3years as Drilling Supervisor
- Preferable good track record with Company drilling operations
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar and experienced with HSE Standards & Procedures and HSE culture of major international operators
- Computer literate
- Familiar and experienced with drilling reporting software
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and instructions
- Ability to communicate clear and comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
- Familiar and experienced with offshore logistics
- Familiar and experienced working with rig contractor and service company personnel offshore
