Criteria:-
- BSc or MSc Engineering preferably petroleum and up-to-date well control certification
- Have more than 15years of oil field experience primarily on offshore drilling operations
- Familiar with hole cleaning issues, wellbore stability, stuck pipe prevention, the use of managed pressure drilling, drilling extended reach wells etc
- Various completions concept and well testing operations
- Offshore operations management including safety, communications, compliance to rules and regulations, SIMOPs, drilling optimizaion, coil tubing intervention works, etc
- Onshore logistics including supply movement, inventory and QAQC on downhole equipment
- Field Development with subsea completion, installation of light weight structures, innovative well construction, etc
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office packages
