Criteria:
- Must have minimum bachelor’s degree in the Engineering, Geology, Petroleum or Science discipline;
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years of Oil and Gas Industry experience with in-depth knowledge of Well Programming and Well Construction experience;
- Demonstrates a comprehensive experience and knowledge on both Onshore and Offshore Drilling and Completion Operations, Well Delivery Process, DtL, QA/QC, Hydraulic Workover, Deepwater Exploration Drilling Preparations, High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) Well Engineering Design and Planning, Expandable Tubular Project Management, Pressure Drillings, and HSSE Risk Analysis (HAZID, HAZOD, JHA and others);
