• Managing and developing associated planning staff; all in line with local guidelines, the global process standard
• Managing the overall IAP process
• Monitoring and improving the quality of inputs from the various functions
• Preparation and distribution of the key outputs
• Setting up and running the quarterly and monthly review and change control processes
