Criteria:-

• Qualified engineer in structural, mechanical, electrical
• French speaking would be an advantage
• To manage the engineering contractor
• To ensure that all deliverables are issued to site in accordance with the plan
• To take part in critically reviews to ensure correct levels of inspection are applied

• Degree qualified
• Establish the overall Project Schedule
• Prepare the budget for the project
• Prepare and maintain the Cost Control of the Project
• Review and contracl Schedule and cost of any contractor involved on the project
• Provide elements for the monthly project report
