Criteria:-

• Min 3years experience as similar position
• Understanding of plumbing and carpentry works
• General fixing of furniture/equipment
• General grounds keeping, hoovering leaves/sweeping paths etc
• Understanding/experience on operating power tools & light plant
• Experienced in painting works
