2. Possess in-depth knowledge and exposure in Long Base Line survey metrology, anakyses and fieldwork
3. Supervisory and leadership skills, good interpersonal skills

5. Demonstrate performance criteria as stipulated in IMCA Party Chief S01 Competence Tables
6. Ensuring all equipment and personnel are mobilised and tested or calibrated as appropriate
7. Ensure project consumables are available and replenished when needed
8. Compilation of the end of job reports, manifests, personnel assessments and other documentation
9. Assist during project execution with vessel's captain on logistics i.e. fuel, water, food and marine issues
10. Ensure that all project non-conformance and potential non-conformance are identified, analysed and resolved in accordance with the approved project quality plan and that adequate records are maintained
11. Managing and monitor the QHSE system implementation is in compliancem with established company, client and project specific QHSE requirements

1. Nominally 12months experience, including 80days operational days offshore as a Survey Engineer Grade II
2. 2year as LBL Engineer preferably in an offshore environment and engineering knowledge, competent IT skills
3. Demonstrate performance criteria as stipulated in IMCA Survey Engineer Grade 1 Core Competencies S20 and S22 Competence Tables
4. Performs the rigging up and down of any surface, sub-surface positioning related systems
5. Performs the deployment and recovery of In-Sea equipment for towed seismic operations
6. Responsible for the operating of ancillary any surface, sub-surface positioning related systems
7. To provide hands-on training in Trainee Survey Engineer
8. Strictly adhere to the principle of trust integrity and confidentiality
