Criteria:-

• BSc in Engineering or Geo-Sciences
• 6years or more drilling related experience for the position of Drilling Engineer
• Possesses a valid IWCF well control certification or equivalent
• Previous experience with water and oil based mud systems
• Operational experience preferably with jack up or tender assisted drilling rig
• Well planning, surveillance and follow up
• Horizontal drilling experience with the utilization of rotary steerable system
• Complex completion (including multi stacked reservoir dual completion system) experience
• Well intervention (including coiled tubing and simops operations) experience
• Well reporting and cost estimation/monitoring

Drilling Manager

Position: Drilling Manager

• BSc or MSc Engineering preferably petroleum and up-to-date well control certification
• Have more than 15years of oil field experience primarily on offshore drilling operations
• Familiar with hole cleaning issues, wellbore stability, stuck pipe prevention, the use of managed pressure drilling, drilling extended reach wells etc
• Various completions concept and well testing operations
• Offshore operations management including safety, communications, compliance to rules and regulations, SIMOPs, drilling optimizaion, coil tubing intervention works, etc
• Onshore logistics including supply movement, inventory and QAQC on downhole equipment
• Field Development with subsea completion, installation of light weight structures, innovative well construction, etc
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office packages

• Possess BSc Degree (preferably  Master degree) in relevant field of engineering
• Possess of Management accreditation such as PMP is advantage

• Min 15 years experience in well engineering/operations of oil and gas industry including minimum 10 years experience in offshore drilling operations
• Minimum 5 years experience as Drilling Manager
• Personnel experienced working with established/major operator with good performance report
• Experience working with PETRONAS will be an advantage
• Good in using drilling software (Landmark)
• Good English proficiency and able to communicate with locals
