Electrical & Instrument Engineer

Position: Electrical & Instrument Engineer
Location: Algeria
Commence: 2010
Duration: 3years
Criteria:-
  • 7years experience in the engineering and construction of onshore and offshore O&G projects either
  • Preparation of Basic Instrument and Control Philosophies and Electrical Philosophies and implementing same into the facilities design.
  • Supervision of Engineering and Construction contractors with E&I matters.
  • Preparation of engineering proposals including estimating manpower requirements and work scheduling
  • Preparation of technical requisition packages, technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services
  • Technical support of purchasing activities after order
  • Experience of instrument systems and electrical systems, construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
  • Preparation testing of commissioning procedures and involvement with testing and commissioning
  • Detailed working knowledge of international codes and standards and their application
  • Degree in Instrument Engineering
  • Member of a recognised international professional body
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of French is desirable

Facilities EPC Supervisor

Position: Facilities EPC Supervisor
Location: Algeria
Commence: 2010
Duration: 3years
Criteria:-
  • 15years construction and installation of upstream O&G projects,
  • 7years in EPCI manager position.
  • Preparation and coordination of EPC proposals.
  • Technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services
  • Experience in the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of O&G facilities
  • Working knowledge of the elements of cost in construction and maintenance including the determination of unit cost records.
  • Working knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, and their application.
  • Working knowledge of inspection and investigation techniques.
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application
  • Engineering Degree
  • Chartered as a member of a recognised international professional body
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of French is desirable

Mechanical Engineer

Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Algeria
Commence: 2010
Duration: 3years
Criteria:-
  • Degree qualified mechanical engineer.
  • 10years in engineering and construction of onshore and offshore upstream O&G
  • Detailed experience in the procurement of small packaged equipment (including pumps, pressure vessels, gas compressor, gas turbine, etc)
  • technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services.
  • Technical support of purchasing activities after purchase order, including vendor data review, attending FAT as necessary.
  • Broad experience of mechanical equipment, installation, operation, testing and commissioning
  • Preparation and implementing testing and commissioning procedures and involvement with testing and commissioning
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application to the operation of oil and gas facilities
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Member of a recognised international professional body
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of French is desirable

QA/QC Supervisor

Position: QA/QC Supervisor
Location: Algeria
Commence: 2010
Duration: 3years
Criteria:-
  • 15years of relevant working experience
  • 7years in QA/QC manager Position
  • Worked in O&G on onshore or offshore projects is preferred
  • Detailed working knowledge of QA/QC systems and with all aspects of project QA/QC
  • Qualified with relevant engineering qualifications
  • membership of recognized international professional body.

Senior Pipeline Engineer

Position: Senior Pipeline Engineer
Location: Algeria
Commence: 2010
Duration: 3years
Criteria:-
  • 10years experience with a contractor involved in the engineering and construction of onshore upstream O&G
  • Preparation of engineering requisitions.
  • Technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services.
  • Technical support of purchasing activities after purchase order, including vendor data review, attending FAT as necessary.
  • Experience in pipeline engineering and design activities:
  • Develop basis for pipeline engineering and design;
  • Pipeline dynamic analysis and Flow assurance study;
  • Pipeline mechanical design;
  • Pipeline steady state analysis;
  • Detailed material take off and specifications for materials
  • Experience of pipeline onshore construction and operation.
  • Working knowledge and application of international codes and standards.
  • Working knowledge of proprietary pipeline simulation softwares such as Pipesim, OLGA.
  • Bachelor degree in pipeline engineering or equivalent
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of French is desirable
