Criteria:-
- Degree qualified mechanical engineer.
- 10years in engineering and construction of onshore and offshore upstream O&G
- Detailed experience in the procurement of small packaged equipment (including pumps, pressure vessels, gas compressor, gas turbine, etc)
- technical evaluation of vendors bids for equipment and sub-contractor bids for the provision of services.
- Technical support of purchasing activities after purchase order, including vendor data review, attending FAT as necessary.
- Broad experience of mechanical equipment, installation, operation, testing and commissioning
- Preparation and implementing testing and commissioning procedures and involvement with testing and commissioning
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards and the application to the operation of oil and gas facilities
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Member of a recognised international professional body
- Good understanding of written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of French is desirable
