- Diploma / High School Certificate
- Below 60 years old
- Valid Medical cert
- Valid HUET & Sea Survival cert
- experience and knowledge in many QAQC discipline
- Capable in protective coatings and construction materials / specification
- Able to substitute for QA Enginer when required
- Knowledge of radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic, dye testing
- Certified in CSWIP 3.1 and/or 3.4
- 10 years in O&G
- Fluent in English
- Experience in HSE Standards & Procedures
- Computer literate
