Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or professional qualification
- 6 years in O&G JOC, PSC
- OR Diploma with 10 years working experience,
- Knowledge on procurement procedures and controls.
- Computerized Materials and Maintenance System such as MAXIMO or SAP
- Problem solving and strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge in commercial practices, basic contract law, international trade practices (INCOTERMS) and other discipline relevant to contract and procurement.
