Criteria:-
- Age below 65years
- 2years experience as Senior Drilling Supervisor in water depth more than 1000m
- 5years experience as Drilling Supervisor in water depth more than 500m
- 10years experience as a Senior Drilling Supervisor on offshore drilling rigs
- 5years experience with Synthetic Based Mud (SBM) or Oil Based Mud (OBM)
- 5 well testing operations on floating rigs in water depth more than 150m
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Good in DIMS, OpenWells, Drilling Office and other drilling reporting software
