Criteria:-
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Charted Engineer status or equivalent with good knowledge in multi-discipline engineering will be an added advantage
- 10years experience in O&G industries related work encompassing Appraisal, Conceptual, Frontend Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning
- 5years in Frontend, Conceptual Engineering, including well tie-in experience
- Good leadership skills and resource management capability are necessary to balance different or conflicting priorities of execution team, operations, service providers, and contractors
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Frontend and project management training program
- Self-motivated, delivering high quality, timely frontend engineering work
