- Minimum technical, administrative graduate or experienced Line professional
- Experience in O&G or service industry
- Knows and uses various change methodologies appropriately at the individual, team and organizational level
- Willing and flexible to learn and transfer fit for purpose LEAN training and coaching to non-practitioners
- General group facilitation techniques and tools
- Understands and applies the theory and practice of Change management.
- Consultancy experience preferred
