Criteria:-
- High school education or equivalent
- International operation certificate of barge captain or equivalent
- Skill in operating basic computer program
- Must have knowledge of all technical calculation required of the safe operation of the marine aspects of drilling units
- Team oriented and capable of influencing the behaviour of others
- Self starter with proven problem solving ability
