Senior Document Controller

 Position: Senior Document Controller
Location: Vietnam, Malaysia
Commence: Dec 2020
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:

• Must have Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration
• A minimum 12 years of experience in document management of Oil & Gas major projects.
• A minimum 3 project experience as Lead/Senior Document Controller with controlled document management in Engineering, Projects or Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the use of formalized document control processes and tools
• Knowledge of documentation workflow, understand the processes involved.
• To set up and manage Project Document Control Control System.
• To provide a proficient and effective document control service for the assigned Project Team, to ensure that Project goals are achieved.
• Be fully aware of the implications of errors in document management.
• Working knowledge of IT aspects of document management in addition to competency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language (written and oral) with ionternal and external interfaces.
• Have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in team environment.

HSE Engineer

Position: HSE Engineer
Location: Vietnam
Commence: Dec 2020
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:

• Must have Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering or closely related major.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in oil & gas project.
• Minimum 3 projects experience as HSE officer in the oil and gas onshore and offshore Project.
• Prepare and participate in HSE audit and inspections at contractor and sub-contractors as defined in the project HSE plan.
• Support and participate in incident investigation and ensure that lessons learnes are disseminated
• Review and comment on vendor HSE procedures.
• Provide comment on and follow-up HSE issues that has been raised by HAZOP meetings.
• Prepare and ensure Site HSE reports for weekly & monthly to Development HSE Engineerto combine for Development HSE report.
• Ensure document and track satisfactory close out of all HAZOB cards raised by Contractor and Client.
• Fluency in English spoken and written.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to openly communicate with team members and contractors
• Ability to work within a team environment.
