- Degree or HND or equivalent in an Engineering Disciplines while specialist technical knowledge must be obtained through special training
- 3years experience of subsurface techniques, operations and equipment
- 6years of relevant Well Services Operational experience at a supervisory level.
- Good wireline and downhole knowledge
- Smart completions knowledge
- Valid IWCF certificate
