Criteria:-
- 8years experience in Petroleum, Upstream O&G works
- Prepare technical specifications for long lead equipment and work with drilling management throughout the tendering, purchase and delivery process
- Ensure that all well drilling materials and services meet client's drilling standards
- Assist with the planning, implementation and close-out of HSEC and QAQC audits of contractors and their equipment
- Good technical and operational drilling services understanding of deepwater drilling and drilling engineering
- Sound understanding of international drilling services tendering and contract management
- Drilling or completions experience on several different well types
- Experience in Malaysian Deepwater Exploration Drilling
