Criteria:-
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- 15years completion engineering experience
- Proven track record of managing Engineering Teams and delivering exceptional results
- Deepwater Well planning and operations experience
- Good working knowledge of subsea completions, open hole, cased hole gravel pack, smart completions, TCP, slick line, electric line and coiled tubing experience etc
- Computer literate in packages such as WellCAT, Prosper, EDN, Landmark, as well as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver in a Lead Completions Engineering role in a subsea development, with a strong track record encompassing completions design, planning and installation
- Demonstrable EHS leadership behaviours
- Strong leadership & supervision, coaching & mentoring skills
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Participation in continuous improvement processes
