Knowledge Management Coach

Position: Knowledge Management Coach
Location: KualaLumpur, Malaysia
Commence: May2013
Duration: 1year with extension option
  • 20years experience in technical positions within the O&G industry
  • Capable in capturing lessons learned utilizing simple spreadsheets i.e. Excel to complex databases
  • Identify the needs end users in intranet push/pull databases for capturing lessons
  • Capable of transferring above needs into project development and rollout
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Technical capabilities in document control for well intervention requirements, sub-sea requirements, production/completion/drilling requirements
  • Demonstrated capability of organizing DWOPs, CWOPs, HAZOPs, Peer Reviews, After Action Reviews and other gatherings of individuals to identify methods to improve day-to-day or planning needs
  • Ability to distribute lessons captured in Point 3.1 in a quick and efficient manner using latest technologies
  • Development of Continuous Improvements programs
  • Capable of developing quality management initiatives
  • Create data gathering processes to identify knowledge retention needs
  • Create data gathering repository systems, complete with document control, continuous improvement
