Criteria:-
- Min HND equivalent qualification
- Valid IWCF Surface Supervisor Level well controls certification or equivalent
- Valid Medical Certificate
- 20years experience or more with at least 8years experience working with drilling rig and 10years in the current position
- Good track record with company drilling operations
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar and experienced with HSE Standards and Procedures and HSE culture of major international operators
- Computer literate
- Familiar and experienced with drilling reporting software
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and instructions
- Ability to communicate clear and comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
