- 10years experience in completions, intervention work, work overs and coiled tubing operations
- Supervisory and management experience leading well interventions engineering and operations teams
- Well developed leadership ability and management skills
- Excellent technical and operational understanding of well intervention, work over and coiled tubing activities with several areas of expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of related aspects of the business
- Advanced safety and risk management skills
