Criteria:-
- Engineering or science degree from a recognized university
- Min 12years oil and gas drilling experience
- Min 7years offshore or onshore drilling fluid engineering and supervision
- Extensive experience in Drilling Fluids and Cementing Engineering
- Industry Training in drilling fluid technology and HSE
- Demonstrate leadership and communicate skills, technical maturity and flexibility to adjust to change
- Good data management and computer literacy
