Criteria:-

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 15years experience in oil industry
• Proven record of delivering deepwater (>500m) wells
• Strong EHS leadership and behaviours
• Knowledge of deepwater operations and subsea developments
• Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
• Experience working in a remote location in a multicultural environment is preferred
• Varied drilling and completions engineering and operational experience with operations drilling experience
• Extensive experience in well construction operations, including the use of floating rigs
• IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
• Extensive experience in well construction design engineering and planning
• A proven ability to coach, train and mentor staff
• Previous experience in the Egyptian Mediterranean in a JV considered an advantage

Senior Drilling Supervisor

Position: Senior Drilling Supervisor
Location: Offshore Egypt

Criteria:-

• 15years Offshore Experience
• 10years in a Drilling Supervisors role
• 5years experience as a Senior Drilling Supervisor floating operations
• Proven record of Delivering Deepwater (>500m) wells
• Strong EHS leadership and behaviours
• IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
• To manage 3rd party contractors and onsite operations
• Must be a strong team player
• Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
• Implement the drilling program and communicate progress with the shore based team
• Experience of leading and motivating a team, promoting a team approach to drilling operations
• Be responsible for incident reporting and investigation
• Degree in an appropriate discipline considered an advantage
• Must be able to coach and develop National Engineers an offshore environment
• Previous experience in the Egyptian Mediterranean in a JV considered an advantage

Night Drilling Supervisor

Position: Material and Logistics Manager

• 5years in a supervisory management role
• Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement Procedures
• Good understanding of drilling materials, supply base, supply boat and helicopter logistics
• High HSE Awareness and appropriate certification and Training & ensuring safety is part of all logistics planning and all vendors and supplies

Senior Drilling Engineer

Position: Senior Drilling Engineer

• Bachelor Degree in engineering
• 15years Drilling Engineering experience
• Competence with well engineering software packages e.g. StressCheck, DIMS, Wellplan, etc

• Proven track record as a strong team player and ability to lead a team
• Personal commitment and proactive approach to EHS
• Demonstrated competence in well design
• Knowledge of conducting assurance and review of drilling planning work
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record as a strong team player
• Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions

Senior Completion Engineer

Position: Senior Completion Engineer
Location: Offshore Egypt

Criteria:-

• Bachelor degree in engineering
• 15years completion engineering experience
• Proven track record of managing Engineering Teams and delivering exceptional results
• Deepwater Well planning and operations experience
• Good working knowledge of subsea completions, open hole, cased hole gravel pack, smart completions, TCP, slick line, electric line and coiled tubing experience etc
• Computer literate in packages such as WellCAT, Prosper, EDN, Landmark, as well as Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to deliver in a Lead Completions Engineering role in a subsea development, with a strong track record encompassing completions design, planning and installation
• Demonstrable EHS leadership behaviours
• Strong leadership & supervision, coaching & mentoring skills
• IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
• Participation in continuous improvement processes

Offshore EHS Advisor

Position: Offshore EHS Advisor
Location: Offshore Egypt
Commence: Dec2012
Duration: 1year
Criteria:-

• Possesses HSE related certificates e.g. Nebosh certificate
• 10years EHS experience in onshore or offshore drilling operations
• Significant experience and training abilities with EHS related systems inlcuding PTW, Risk Assessment, HSE Auditing and Safety Observation processes
• Experienced in conducting and or leading an Incident Investigation
• Experience with auditing of safety management systems
• Strong EHS leadership skills with ability to work across muti-disciplinary teams
• Good working knowledge of offshore environment and Waste disposal practices
• Strong interpersonal skills that can lead and promote a good safety culture
• Ability to train and develop personnel in a EHS role
• IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
• Computer literate in packages such a Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• HSE Auditing experience would be an advantage
