• Plan and execute the strategies and follow the guidelines and frameworks for the procurement operations for Contract management in terms of materials and services t
  
• Implement procurement operations for CLIENT, preparation of bid document package, participate in the tendering, clarification & evaluation of tenders, contract award negotiation and finalize the documentation of contract agreement in compliance to CLIENT Tendering and Contracting procedures to meet project schedules to avoid project deferment.
• To maintain confidentiality, integrity and sensitivity of information and uphold strict compliance to work processes, guidelines, procedures and regulations sets by Government bodies at all times.
• To manage the procurement for Contract management activities which carries uncertainties due to tight schedule, variations in market pricing, conflicting of priorities and sensitivities of host country requirements
