Commence: Q2 2023

Duration: 1 year with extension option

Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred).
• Must have at least 10 years experience in handling drilling contract and procurement
• Monitor daily activities and addresses concerns immediately to any internal/external parties through Memos, Letters, and File Notes.
• Preparation of Tender document.
• Prequalification of Bidders – as per the bids submitted by the applicant under different categories.
• Processing RFQ and price negotiation for equipment.
• Claims Evaluation & Recommendation Reports
• Evaluation of Drilling Rigs & Equipment Inspection and Qualification Standards.
• Assist in managing existing Contracts and provide timely guidance to different stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Perform Contract Amendments through Adjustment orders, Contract extensions
• Review and Prepare Claims & Disputes between Contractor and Operation Teams

Qualifications & Licenses

• BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent in engineering, business administration or quantity survey

Key Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of work experience of which at least 10 years must be directly associated with the procurement coordination functions for upstream offshore oil and gas production and processing projects
• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM.
• Preference for previous experience in working with material and logistics functions for project inside Myanmar
• Preference for previous experience working for an Oil and Gas Operator in a client oversight team during EPCIC stages of an offshore project

Critical Technical Skills and Capabilities

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the procurement / materials & logistics matters for offshore upstream EPCIC project
• Shall possess good knowledge and awareness of procurement and logistics processes and be familiar with requirements and regulations of Korea, Myanmar and Indonesia
• Must have knowledge and experience of all importation and exportation permit applications and processes
• Must possess a good understanding of the materials & equipment procurement process including required document& data, approval process, schedule, INCOTERMS and interfaces
• Must possess a good understanding of the basic discipline work processes of a EPCIC project
