Position: FAB, T&I Manager
Location: Vietnam, Malaysia
Commence: Dec 2020
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree / Masters of Science in a related engineering subject with recognized Oil & Gas discipline background. Chartered as member of a recognized international professional body is desireable but not essential.
- A minimum 15 year experiences in oil and gas industry, especiallu for fixed offshore development projects.
- A minimum 3 projects experience as FAB, T&I Lead/Manager position.
- Broad knowledge of engineering & construction of offshore facilities in structural, mechanical, piping, architectural, etc
- Fully conservant with Project Management Systems with extensive knowledge of Project Hook Up / Construction / Commissioning practices and procedures.
- Ability in assessment of Construction and/or Offshore Installation Contractor(s) capability.
- Demonstrable experience in similar role or Senior position in Construction and offshore installation Management.
- Delivery focused with proven experience in achieving project goals whilst maintain high standards in HSE and Quality always.
- Extensive knowledge of the construction process, its implementation and management. Fully conversant with project management tools.
- Experienced in the production of detailed procedures / documents / reports.
- Experienced in the management of personnel and all aspects of team working
- Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas related HSE and Quality safe working practices / procedures
- Experienced in Marine coordination / management activities.
- Ensure that all Company systems of Quality Assurance are adhered to and assist the Project Quality Manager in the completion of site system test sheets and the test dossier.
- Ensure that Company systems for material identification and stores requestioning are adhered to by all those under his control.
- Working knowledge of proprietary specialized software
- A good command of English both verbal and written
- Have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in team environment
