Position: Drilling Contract & Procurement Support
Location: Kuwait
Commence: Q2 2023
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred).
- Must have at least 10 years experience in handling drilling contract and procurement
- Monitor daily activities and addresses concerns immediately to any internal/external parties through Memos, Letters, and File Notes.
- Preparation of Tender document.
- Prequalification of Bidders – as per the bids submitted by the applicant under different categories.
- Processing RFQ and price negotiation for equipment.
- Claims Evaluation & Recommendation Reports
- Evaluation of Drilling Rigs & Equipment Inspection and Qualification Standards.
- Assist in managing existing Contracts and provide timely guidance to different stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Perform Contract Amendments through Adjustment orders, Contract extensions
- Review and Prepare Claims & Disputes between Contractor and Operation Teams
