Position: Metering Engineer

Duration: 23months
Criteria:-

• 10 years front end engineering experience during the early decision-making stage of projects
• Experienced front end engineer who has spend some time in operations and/or execution, with a creative mind
• Ability to think "outside the box"
• Experience with the design of flow metering systems in upstream O&G service
• Good understanding of operability, maintainability and HSE constraints imposed on engineering designs
• Skills in applying C2V value enhancing techniques such as Opportunity Framing, Concept Identification and Selection, Constructability Assessment, etc.
• Experience with working in a complex offshore infrastructure/brownfield environment is essential
• High level cost estimating experience
• Front End Development(opportunity assessment, front end loading, value improving practices)
• Offshore survival(tropical BOSIET)
• Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the interfacing departments and to management, including presentation skills
• Good report writing skills
• Self-motivated, delivering high quality, timely front end engineering work
• Good team leadership and negotiating skills are necessary to balance the conflicting priorities of the project matrix team and contractors

Senior Draftsman Mechanical - Civil

Position: Senior Draftsman Mechanical - Civil
Location: Brunei Darussalam
Commence: Dec2011
Duration: 15months
Criteria:-

• Minimum OND in Plant mechanical engineering for as a Senior draftsman (JG7 or 8)
• Conversant to Shell Design Engineering Practice and standard drawing requirements
• Project construction skills are preferable
• Proficiencies in design standards and requirements
• Skilled in AutoCAD PIF 2009
• Interpret standard Engineering drawings(Mechanical preferably)

Application Developer-Sharepoint

Position: Application Developer-Sharepoint
Location: Brunei Darussalam
Commence: Dec2011
Duration: 9months
Criteria:-

• B.Sc in Computer Studies or related field with 5years experience as a programmer
• 3years working experience developing webpages and applications using Microsoft Office Sharepoint Service 2007 or higher
• 3years working experience on Microsoft SQL
• Knowledge on Web-based Technology e.g. Visual Basic, Java, etc.
• Knowledge in Windows Vista, Microsoft 7 and PC desktop
• Knowledge on ASP .Net and Visual Basic
• Have worked in an environment supporting the Oil Exploration and Production organisation
• Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing in English language
• Capable of and have experience in developing and maintaining information systems for large or medium organisations using standards and methodology of system
• development cycle, and have fair understanding of test methodology, quality control and change management process
• Possess experience in web technology and web application development tool
• Membership to BCS

Resident Engineer

Position: Resident Engineer

Criteria:-

• Degree(University,HND or equivalent)in a relevant engineering discipline(Structural,Civil,Mechanical or C&A Engineering is envisaged)with a proven track record
• as a construction team lead.
• Compression commissioning experience
• A qualified discipline/project engineer with a minimum of 8years experience in O&G related work design,construction,commissioning and Project Management
• Excellent team player who can ensure contractor delivers safely on time and on spec
• Evidence of positive dispute resolution in an EPC environment
• Ability to step in and take charge when the EPC contractor is falling short

Project Engineer

Criteria:-

• Degree BSc, or equivalent proven experience
• 5years experience in O&G industries covering project management, contract & procurement, design engineering, construction, commissioning or maintenance activities in a process plant
• Ability to communicate fluently in English on complex contractual and technical issues
• Ability to motivate staff of diverse background and build team efficiency
• Ability to work with and manage culturally diverse projects teams and external companies
