Position: HSE Superintendent

Location: Korea, Myanmar, Other SE Asia Countries

Commence: Q4 2021

Duration: 1 Year with extension option

• BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent in an engineering
• Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering (or Industrial) Society
• Minimum twenty (20) years of work experience of which at least fifteen (15) years must be as HSE superintendent or equivalent
• At least ten (10) years of experiences in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry in Client side
• At least two (2) projects in Korean shipyards as HSE superintendent or equivalent, or extensive experiences in working in a multi-culture environment
• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Health, Safety and Environment management system, Environmental discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety, Industrial hygiene and Gas Dispersion, Modeling Explosion indices and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Shall possess good knowledge and awareness of offshore and onshore HSE requirements and work practice and be familiar with industry standard for HSE matters
• Must have knowledge and experience of HSE activities for offshore EPCIC project
• Must be well versed with relevant international codes and standards

• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the construction and fabrication of offshore facilities, particularly in structural area
• Shall possess good knowledge and awareness of construction, fabrication and HSE matters including schedule, planning, progress measurement, technical and methodologies
• Must have strong technical knowledge and experiences in construction methodology, planning and work flow of Korean shipyard(s) and its block construction method
• Must possess a good understanding of welding, test & inspection and its industrial best practice for offshore facility
• Must be well versed with relevant international codes and standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, ISO and AWS.

Senior Drilling Rig Electrical and Mechanical Surveyor

Position: Senior Drilling Rig Electrical and Mechanical Surveyor

Location: Malaysia 

Commence: October 2021

Duration: 1 year with extension option

• Must have more than 20 years experience in global drilling rig and operational roles, across multiple drilling contractors and/or Operators (Oil Companies); including exposure to land rigs, floaters (drillships and semi-submersible).
• Understand, analyse and report on equipment against internationally recognised standards and industry guidelines.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems equipment to ascertain system condition and to determine repairs required to meet acceptable operational standards.
• Utilise electrical and mechanical experience to provide solutions and recommend improvements to Client maintenance procedures, test plans and operations, etc.
• Provide technical expertise relating to electrical and mechanical systems, to support the delivery of Client services.
• HUET / T-BOSIET / Safe Transfer by boat/MSIC.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Good leadership and cultural sensitivity skills.
• Possess a high school diploma / GED or higher.
• Electrical or mechanical vocational certificate or engineering qualification / equivalent to a minimum of 20 years industry experience.
• Electrical surveyors must have a valid COMPEX certificate.
• Surveyors must have a valid OPITO approved BOSIET
