Position: Piping Superintendent
Location: Korea, Myanmar, Other SE Asia Countries
Commence: Q4 2021
Duration: 1 Year with extension option
- BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent in an engineering or significant relevant industry experience.
- Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering (or Industrial) Society.
- Minimum twenty (20) years of work experience of which at least fifteen (15) years must be as Construction Supervisor, Superintendent or Inspector for Piping
- At least ten (10) years of experiences in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry in Client side
- At least two (2) Offshore greenfield projects in Korean shipyards as Construction Supervisor, Superintendent or equivalent, or extensive experiences in working in a multi-culture environment
- Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the construction and fabrication of offshore facilities, particularly in piping area
- Shall possess good knowledge and awareness of construction, fabrication and HSE matters including schedule, planning, progress measurement, technical and methodologies
- Must have strong technical knowledge and experiences in construction methodology, planning and work flow of Korean shipyard(s) and its block construction method
- Must possess a good understanding of welding, test & inspection and its requirements from international codes & standards, and industrial best practice for offshore facility
- Must be well versed with relevant international codes and standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM and ISO
