Position: Drilling Superintendent

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

Commence: Q2, 2022

Duration: 1 year with extension option

Criteria:

• Age between 55 to 65 years old.
• Possess a recognized degree in Engineering.
• At least fifteen (15) years diversified petroleum industry experience with minimum of 05 years’ experience as a Drilling Superintendent in directing, coordinating and managing drilling, work-over and completion activities on floating rig, jack-up rig and platform.
• Must have a vast knowledge in drilling engineering and preferable had previous experience working as a drilling engineer involved with drilling engineering planning and preparation of drilling program. This is required such that the drilling operations will be conducted in the most efficient, cost effective and safe manner within the allocated time and budget.
• Had experience working in Offshore Vietnam and experience in carbonate / basement drilling.
• Had experience in SIMOP (Simultaneous operation)
• Must possess a valid IWCF well control certificate at level 3 or 4.
• Must possess a valid BOSIET and Medical Certificates.
• Must be proactive and ever willing to venture into new and proven drilling techniques with specific objective of reducing operation costs.
• Must possessed excellent inter-personal quality.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must have a good working knowledge on personal computer and software such as Microsoft Office, etc.
• Preferably has previous experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Preferably the latest job is a Drilling Superintendent

Position: Quality Manager

Location: Korea, Myanmar

• BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent in an engineering 
• Preferably a Registered auditor / inspector in international certification body
• Minimum 20 years of work experience of which at least 15 years must be in the areas of QA/QC
• At least 10 years of experiences in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry
• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM.
• Preference for previous experience working for an Oil and Gas Operator in a client oversight team during EPCIC stages of an offshore project
• Preference for previous experience working on projects which include brownfield scope of work
• Ability to multi-task, forward plan, independently manage time and perform at a high level without the need for continuous supervision
• Proactive, self-motivated, with an ability to prioritize work and make decisions to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, exercising tolerance and respect when working within a diverse and multi-national project team
• Ability to oversee work and provide mentoring to inexperienced engineers

• Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering Society
• Minimum 25 years of relevant work experience of which at least 10 years must be as HUC Manager, Lead HUC Superintendent or equivalent
• At least 15 years of Client experience in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry
• Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM
• Must have previous experience working with Korean contractors and be familiar with their commissioning and construction work processes
• Must have offshore hook-up and commissioning experience on a greenfield / brownfield project bridge linked to an existing platform
• Ability to multi-task, forward plan, independently manage time and perform at a high level without the need for continuous supervision
• Proactive, self-motivated, with an ability to prioritize work and make decisions to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, management, planning and organizational skills to achieve Company’s goal
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, exercising tolerance and respect when working within a diverse and multi-national project team
