Criteria:-
- 10 years front end engineering experience during the early decision-making stage of projects.
- creative mind and an ability to think “outside the box”
- Experience with design of flow metering systems in O&G
- Good understanding of operability, maintainability and HSE constraints imposed on engineering designs.
- applying C2V value enhancing techniques
- Experience with working in a complex offshore infrastructure/brownfield environment is essential
- High level cost estimating experience
- Front End Development (opportunity assessment, front end loading, value improving practices).
- Offshore survival (tropical BOSIET).
- communicate across all interfacing departments including presentation skills.
- Good report writing skills.
