- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of English
- knowledge of French desirable
- 10years in engineering and construction O&G
- Preparation of engineering requisitions.
- Technical evaluation of vendors equipment and services.
- Technical support of purchasing activities
- Experience in pipeline engineering and design activities:
- Experience of pipeline construction and operation.
- Working knowledge and application of international codes and standards.
- Working knowledge of proprietary pipeline simulation softwares
